Called “Slice Chair”, the design started as clay, hand- made to designer Mathias Bengtsson’s preferred shape and was then scanned and remade from three millimetre aluminium sheet.

The sheets were laser cut and hand assembled by Bengstsson over many months to create this amazing design. If you want to sit on it though, you’ll have to go to the Milwaukee Art Museum in the USA – though I’m not sure how comfortable it would be. Maybe we’ll make one for reception at ATC!
